The exercise regimen began in earnest this week. I have been to the gym twice (and actually done two pretty strenuous workouts!)
Sam and my Brother-in-law (his brother) who we are going away with this summer, have been having a little competition to get into shape for the trip. There is no doubt in it, they have both lost a hell of a lot of weight between them, and gained a lot of muscle and general fitness. My sister-in-law, is also super skinny. So that leaves me. The unfit, tubby one, who refuses to look like a whale in photos!
